Once your travel advisor has confirmed your tailor-made itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your trip.  To qualify for the 2% savings your deposit must be paid by check.  Then 60 days prior to your departure the final payment will be due. This final payment must also be paid by check.  If you advise your travel advisor of your check payment process then your travel advisor will calculate the 2% savings to determine your final payment.  Note that the 2% savings apply to your land arrangements minus the cost of flights.
